What is a USB driver? A USB driver is a file that allows a hardware device to communicate with the operating system of a computer. A software driver is an essential component because if it is not installed properly, the device will not work properly. Among a driver’s specific capabilities is the support of operating systems applications, the means to detect various data and sensor properties as well as the power to work with compatible peripherals. Hello guys, How are you? A lot of guys asking me why they don't find OEM option in their smartphone. In case you have to enable USB debugging & OEM unlock to flash custom ROM or unlock Bootloader Or ROOT your device but you can't find the OEM option in your device So what should you do now? Here I'm giving you a solution. Please do it to enable/see OEM unlock option in your device.
If you find only USB debugging & If you don't see OEM unlock option in your device then your smartphone have a vendor customized ROM that's the main cause to don't see OEM unlock option. To see & Enable OEM unlocking option you need to flash your device with official fastboot ROM.
To unlock the bootloader install an official ROM using MiFlash tool and putting your phone in edit mode and choose flash all. Refer to this guide for tutorial amd downloads:- http://en.miui.com/a-234.html
Then try using the MiUnlock tool to unlock your bootloader.

What Is A Bootloader?
In literal terms, bootloader is code that is executed before any Operating System starts to run. The concept of bootloaders is universal to virtually all Operating systems that inculcates operating systems on your PC, laptop, smartphones, and other such devices. Bootloaders basically package the instructions to boot operating system kernel and most of them also have their own debugging or modification environment. As the bootloader kicks off before any piece of software on your device, it makes it extremely processor specific and every motherboard has it’s own bootloader. This is one reason that all Android phones have different Custom ROMS developed due to high variance of processing hardware present on the device. The iDevices running iOS somewhat share the same hardware specs and hence you don’t see much variance in their bootloaders.
Android Bootloaders: Every Android phone has a bootloader that instructs the operating system kernel to boot normally. But you need to understand one thing here that as Android OS is an open source OS and is available on a variety of different hardware, every manufacturer has their own version of bootloader specific for the hardware present in it’s environment.F or an example few times ago Motorola packaged an “eFuse” command in their Android phones, which could brick (permanently turn off) your device in case you tried to flash a Custom ROM. Why would Phone Manufacturers want locked bootloader?
In simple Words - - It provides security -- both financially to your carrier, and to the end user.
When we say locked bootloader, what we mean (most of the time) is a disk image that checks the important parts of the phone as it boots up, looking for the proper signature. Let's break that down, as simple as we can.
When you turn on your Device, the bootloader gets things going, then passes off control to the boot image (the part of the disk that holds the start-up files for your phone). The boot image loads the phone's kernel, then loads Android, following instructions found in those files. You copy this boot image to a phone by flashing it to the phones internal system memory -- not the RAM or running memory, but the physical flash storage in the phone. That's why there's a potential for danger. Screw this up, and you could really screw up your phone, turning it into a "brick." Depending on how you're hacking into it, that might be more than a mere possibility. It varies from phone to phone.
If you have a locked bootloader, you can only flash boot images that have been digitally signed with a string of information direct from the manufacturer. You can't build you own and flash it to the phone. The recovery partition is the same way -- it's checked for the right signature, and if it doesn't have it, you can't write a new one to the flash memory. This really only means one thing:
